- Dr. Fowler loves spending time with his beautiful wife Tarah and his son who was born on December 30th, 2008! Dr. Fowler also loves giving back to the community by being part of the board of directors at the Tri-County YMCA, attending church and (in his spare time) watching Cardinals baseball!
- He also enjoys any type of remodeling project. His father is a union electrician and his father-in-law is a contractor (I bet he had great teachers!)

 Dr. Jennifer Heller is a 2009 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. She has been helping patients since 2002 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. With 7 years experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and pain management, Dr. Heller is pleased to complete her training with the latest up to date rehabilitative and chiropractic techniques.
After working in physical therapy, Dr. Jennifer Heller realized that there was something missing. Although she was able to help most of her patients, many of the patients that were treated in therapy finished their care with some residual pain and dysfunction. While therapy helps with the muscles and soft tissues of the body, only a Chiropractic adjustment could help the joints and improve the healing process of any injury. Now, Dr. Heller is able to treat any patient with all aspects of healing, including nutritional support, dietary counseling, muscle work, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, physiotherapy, and of course, the Chiropractic adjustment.
Dr. Jennifer Heller has attended Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL, Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL, and Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. She has an Associate in Applied Science as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Bachelors in Human Biology, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree along with many certifications in various Chiropractic and soft tissue techniques. |
Jessica McEwen is Lake St. Louis Chiropractic's office manager! She is a student at Lindenwood University where she is studying business and education. Jessica is involved with the Lindenwood Student Ambassador program and coaches a middle school basketball team.
In her free time, she enjoys shopping, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family! Jessica is very excited about being part of the Lake St. Louis team and is eager to help spread the word about health and wellness within Lake St. Louis and the surrounding communities!

Lena Tuchten is a Massage Therapist who is very excited about joining our office and making a contribution with her skills in Theraputic, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point therapy, as well as other modalities. She has made her prices very affordable so may patients who may otherwise not be able to afford this service can benefit from it.

Lynn Burak, our receptionist, joined the staff of Lake St. Louis Chiropractic in May, 2009.
She attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, CA.
She is a former TWA flight attendant and Real Estate Agent.
She has been married to Stan for 30 years. They get great pleasure from their 5 year old Bischon/Poodle mix, Punkin.
